Koga Seikyou (1891-1982) was a calligrapher known for his work on the Manyoshu poem monuments in front of the Treasure Hall of Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, the information plaque for the "Tobiume" (Plum Tree) in front of the main shrine, and the Manyoshu poem monument beside the Iris Pond. This is a work from the later years of Koga Seikyou.(Approximately 42-43 years ago)
